Shane was an excellent plumber but an even better salesman. We never buy service contracts since we don’t believe in them but Shane convinced us to buy not one, but 2, service contracts for each of our 2 homes. He fixed 2 plumbing problems in both of our homes. He was thorough, clean and neat and he was very professional. Will ask for him again.

Devin and Jordan did a great job of rescuing me when my toilet clogged while I had a house full of company. They were very professional while also being very nice to the toilet clogging culprit…5 year old grandson…and indulging his curiosity about the job.They made every effort to repair rather than replace and were clear about options and costs. They completed the job as quickly as possible and left the site very clean. I also appreciated the concern shown by Erica in scheduling asap and following up afterwards.

Removed extra chain from toilet flapper.. the chain connected to the handle, and the flapper was too long. The excess chain was getting caught under the flapper, causing the toilet to run. The chain was shortened with the extra length being removed and the toilet is now operating as intended by the manufacturer. No charge for this visit

Afternoon that evaluation of the following has been determined: Pressure - 67 psi P.h- 7.2 Hardness=5 * large home with six bathrooms.
